* AUCTION EVENT IS CREATED WITHIN FLEXIAUCTION WITH T&C’s AND DESCRIPTION AND NAME
* ALL LOTS FOR EVENT IS CAPTURED WITHIN FLEXIAUCTION WITH FULL DESCRIPTIONS,
STARTING PRICING AND OPTIONAL PICTURE FOR EACH LOT
* YOU COMPILE YOUR CATALOGUE FOR THE AUCTION
* AUCTION WITH LOTS AND CATALOGUE IS PUBLISHED TO VENDUEHOST AND IS ASSIGNED A UNIQUE
DISPOSABLE URL TO THAT AUCTION, E.G. "www.venduehost.net/100"
* YOU INVITE YOUR CUSTOMERS TO YOUR AUCTION AT THE PROVIDED URL
BY YOUR OWN ADVERTISING PLATFORMS: PRINTED MEDIA (WE GENERATE A QRCODE IMAGE AS LINK TO THE URL),
YOUR FACEBOOK PAGE AND SOCIAL MEDIA, URL LINKED FROM YOUR OWN WEBSITE
WHATSAPP, SMS OR MAILING LISTS, ETC.
* YOUR BIDDERS WILL FOLLOW THE URL LINK TO OPEN YOUR AUCTION
* HERE THEY WILL BE ABLE TO VIEW THE LOTS, DOWNLOAD THE CATALOGUE AND REGISTER FOR THE AUCTION
* BIDDERS WILL REGISTER FOR YOUR AUCTION ONLINE AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL,
THESE BIDDERS WILL BE CAPTURED DIRECTLY WITHIN FLEXIAUCTION AND NOTIFIED FROM FLEXIAUCTION
WITH PROVIDED FICA DOCUMENTATION ATTACHED.
* CLOUD AUCTION ACTIVITY WILL COMMENCE AT STARTING TIME AND COMMENCE UNTIL CLOSING,
BIDDERS WILL PLACE BIDS,
OUTBID EACH OTHER, AND YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO BROADCAST MESSAGES TO THEM WHILE THEY ARE BIDDING
DIRECTLY FROM WITHIN FLEXIAUCTION.
* YOU WILL THE RETRIEVE THE PRELIMINARY VENDUEROLL IN FLEXIAUCTION
WHILE BIDDING COMMENCE ON VENDUEHOST
* ONCE THE AUCTION CLOSES, YOU WILL RETRIEVE THE FINAL VENDUEROLL
* NORMAL BUYERS INVOICING AND SELLER SETTLEMENT IN FLEXIAUCTION AS PER NORMAL.

Flexiauction licensing is required to use VENDUEHOST.
All bidders must accept our Terms of service (view here)
Flexiauction setup & support at standard FlexiAuction rates and t&c's
Normal helpdesk setup/training fee applicable.
Pricing valid 1/1/2024 to 31/12/2024.
Pricing may change without notice.
Real-estate lots not allowed.
Max bid per lot R1m.
