Double click the FlexiAuction icon to start the program


Ensure that the MS SQL server is running If not "start" the service
(go to start all programs > startup > Service manager, restart the computer after the 1st installation)

Login to a database
 
All FlexiAuction computers have a datastore installed. You can connect to any of these datastores.
To share information however, all computers on the network should connect to the same datastore.
To connect to the datastore on a specific computer, just specify the name of that computer.
Use a dot "." , "(local)" or leave blank to use the data store on the local computer.

User - Clerk username (default is "ADMIN")
Password - Clerk password (default is "ADMIN")
Profile - Profile to use. Profile contains all templates, settings and logos for your firm.
Branch - Prints different branch content on invoices.
Login - Login to selected datastore.
Close - Terminate the program


This icon can be used to look up a list of computers on the network with FlexiAuction


Sets the user and password to default


Used to create a desktop shortcut
Set the datastore, username and password first, to create it with this values set.



Change clerk password


Used to ping other computers on the network

When you right click in the left side block with your company logo the following screen will appear


Update FXA


Check version will check if your current version is up to date (internet connection required)
If your version is not up to date you can click on the Update from Web to update

Update from UFZ updates from a UFZ file(ARTICLE #2)

If you right click on the earth icon on the right side in the update menu the following window will appear

Allow Web will enable the Update from web button
Make UFZ is used to create UFZ of the program
Get Beta will download the beta version if there is one available
Make @UFZ will create a UFZ of your profile

Create db
this will create a database, this is not recommended as it will replace all data, 
only a person with a IT background should attempt to use this feature

Shrink Log
Shrinks the log, it is recommended that this is done around every week to save hard drive space

Settings 
will bring up the programs settings

Remember to accept the terms before you log in.
